In the early 1950s, our company started its journey in Adana under the name of Şahin Helva, founded by our father, Şalvarlı Ahmet Usta. Over time, the company was passed down from father to son, and with the light of knowledge and experience, the second generation took over. Today, in our modern facilities in Istanbul, using state-of-the-art production facilities under the control and approval of our food engineers in a hygienic environment, we continue to produce a wide range of products including Helva, Jam, Tahini, Molasses, Turkish Delight, Hazelnut Cream, without compromising on quality and taste, and under the assurance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.
